How can I redeem a gift card?

Someone definitely loves you! Just click the REDEEM GIFT CARD link in the email you received. Create an account on our website or log in and enter the code provided. If that does not work, log in to your account first and then click the link via your email. 

How can I pay with a gift card?

Gift cards work like store credit on SolyLunaTarot.com. Once you have applied the gift card to your account, it will automatically apply to your next purchase. If you do not have enough store credit in your account to complete the purchase, you can pay the remaining balance with your credit card.

Returns & Exchanges

What’s your return policy?

All returns must be processed within 30 days of receiving the order.

To place a return request, or if you are having trouble making a return within the 30 day timeframe, please reach out to LunaTeam@SolyLunaTarot.com and we’ll help you place your return or exchange.

The order # must be provided to place a return, and you will be refunded in full to your original form of payment. Please note, your original shipping charges are not refunded. Gift cards are final sale.

How long does it take to process a return?

Customer satisfaction is our #1 goal and we strive to move as quickly as possible, however, credit card refunds usually take 5-10 business days to appear on your statement.

What should I do if I receive the wrong product?

Phew, that retrograde can catch even the best of us! We’re sincerely sorry if you received a product different from the one that you ordered. Please contact us at LunaTeam@SolyLunaTarot.com and we’ll be sure to get you the correct product you ordered!

Where does Sol y Luna Tarot ship?

Sol y Luna Tarot currently ships to the 48 contiguous states. If you live outside this area or are an international customer, don’t worry, please contact our team at LunaTeam@SolyLunaTarot.com to discuss options.

When can I expect to receive my package?

We are working closely with our shipping partners to ensure your products can reach you as quickly as possible. We offer two shipping speeds because we know somethings can’t wait. See below for our shipping information.

I’m having problems with the tracking.

In some cases, carriers takes 1-2 business days to register your shipment status. If your tracking number isn’t updating or working at all, please contact us at LunaTeam@SolyLunaTarot.com. We can provide you with the shipping information you’re looking for!
